About

The REC Awards entry process is exclusively for Recruitment & Employment Confederation members, and our categories recognise both individual achievement and company-wide success.

Winning an REC Award is the most prestigious industry recognition an individual or company can achieve. On the night, we will showcase the outstanding achievements from in-house recruiters, agencies to start-ups and multinationals alike. As we come together, we bring you an evening of recognition, glamour, fun and celebrations that you won’t want to miss out on.

Enter the REC Awards to:

  • Enhance your reputation and professional standing in the world of recruitment
  • Distinguish yourself through your success
  • Gain industry-wide recognition from your peers and industry leaders
