Entering is easy – simply follow these steps:

Entering the REC Awards 2025 is now easier and more accessible than ever! We’ve introduced new ways to submit your application, allowing you to write, record, or film your responses—making the process more inclusive for everyone. Follow the steps below to submit your entry:

1. Choose your categories
1. Check out our tips on writing a strong entry before you even begin! You can also listen to our Judges speak about what they look for in an entry
2. Review our award categories and select the ones that best fit your achievements.
2. Start your entry
1. Click ' ENTER NOW ' from our menu bar and then you check one or more tickboxes next to the categories you wish to enter, then click on 'PROCESS'. You can always add additional categories later if desired.
2. Log in or create an account. If registering for the first time, you’ll receive a validation code via email (check your junk mail if you don’t see it).
3. Complete your entry
1. Fill out the entry form with all relevant details. You can save your progress and return to it any time before the deadline.
   
2. NEW FOR 2025: You can now submit your answers in three ways:
1. Written text (300-word limit per answer)
2. Voice note (up to 3 minutes per answer). 
3. Video submission (up to 3 minutes per answer, via YouTube, Vimeo, or TikTok link)
3. This update ensures that all applicants can present their work in the most comfortable and impactful way possible. Feedback from previous entrants highlighted that not everyone feels confident writing their responses, so we’ve created new ways to let your achievements shine.
4. Add Supporting materials (e.g., financial reports, testimonials) alongside your application. Please avoid using personal or company names within your answers, as REC anonymizes entries to ensure a fair and unbiased judging process.
4. Ensure your eligibility
1. Individual category entrants must be REC Professional members, or subscribed to the REC Academy via their employer’s corporate membership to be eligible for entry.
2. Company category entrants must be corporate REC members.
   
5. Make your payment (if applicable)
   
1. Individual categories are FREE to enter.
2. Company categories require a fee, which must be paid before shortlisting
6. Submit & wait for the results!
1. The deadline for all entries is 5 PM on 11th July 2025—don’t miss it!
2. Shortlisted candidates will be announced in September 2025—start counting down!

You can pay online or request an invoice from your Account Manager. Payment will need to be received before your entry would be considered for the shortlist.
